Having a couple of days away and had a wander around Lewes in East Sussex today and chanced upon the White Hart Inn where Thomas Paine was known to have imbibed. His political views apparently inspired American Revolutionaries.

It’s a lovely little town
One of my most favourite places…East Sussex. Shame on that Thomas Paine…if it weren’t for his inky pen and sharp tongued “sword”, I’d be living in that neck of the woods where I know I should have done lo those wind-blown ages ago. Continue to be inspired by you, Rosie,,,,thank you! Raye
