Husb and I went off to Cardiff last night to the cinema to see Julien Temple‘s new film, The Ecstasy of Wilko Johnson, a truly amazing film about the legendary Doctor Feelgood guitarist. Extraordinary. We arrived a bit early so I did some scribbling in the auditorium. There were a lot of men with not much hair so I decided to concentrate on drawing male pattern baldness. Why not, eh? I drew into my leather steampunk sketchbook with a Faber Castell Pitt drawing pen, size F.

I'm an artist / printmaker / scribbler. I love drawing and all the geeky stuff associated with printmaking, working in a figurative style. I live in Wales with husband and demented cats. And my real name is Rose Davies :D View more posts

Leather Steampunk, that’s how I envision you! Good idea to go to the movies early and sketch….the men?
I was surrounded by them. Everywhere I looked LOL 😀
Thats hilarious, I wonder if it is a sign of when their music was popular. Sadly, baldness hits so many of us. lol.
Yes, Husb was not impressed 😉
