I carried on cutting my latest lino block today. Nothing staggeringly interesting, just keeping on keeping on, which is how most artwork is made. Meanwhile, Husb bottled the elderflower cordial he made with the flowers we foraged (responsibly) on Sunday. There’s plenty there for family too. I like to drizzle it over home-made sponge cake instead of a lemon drizzle.

Is the cordial fizzy? I have been trying to make water kefir. I dont like it as much as milk kefir. I am currently flavouring it with tangerines.
Hi Emma, no the cordial is still and is a concentrate rather like squash, to be watered down. Your kefir experiment sounds interesting 🙂
Bit of a mixed bag. I tried with lemon but didn’t like it. Flavoured with orange is working out better for me.
