December 2014 was a month of digitally drawn cats. Here’s Sparta Puss, aged 5 drawn with a free Markers app onto my Samsung Galaxy Note 8 tablet. I liked that app, it helped my drawings to be very free.

Here’s a #Caturday Saturday sketch from November 2014 of SpartaPuss having a snooze. I started it when she was awake but had to abandon it and restart when she dozed off.

Here’s another digital drawing from October 2014, with our darling Little Ming, a tiny but feisty and fluffy Naughty Tortie. This drawing also features my outrageously coloured slippers, socks and dressing gown. I still have the dressing gown, it’s lasted well, just the ticket for wrapping up warm on cold, dark nights. I used aContinue reading “#Caturday Archives: 29”

Back to October 2014 for this #Caturday Archive. I was still having fun with digital drawing, using a free Markers app on my Samsung Tablet Note 8. SpartaPuss the Naughty Tortie was about 5 years old here. She had her back to me but was interested in what I was doing, you can tell byContinue reading “#Caturday Archives: 28”

May 2014 and I was well into my digital drawing phase. I had a Samsung Galaxy Note 8 with a free “Markers” app and I really took to it. “Markers” is the only drawing app that I’ve liked and it was so convenient tucking a NotePad into my bag instead of the usual overload ofContinue reading “Sketchbook Archives: 43”

The cat shapes are from a stencil I cut of our littleContinue reading “#Caturday Saturday”

Here are some of my sketches and the last photo is of me and fellow Swansea artist Hannah Lawson at the entrance to our group show exhibition in Islamabad. It was such an exciting month. I lovedContinue reading “Sketchbook Archives: 42”
My Comfy Spot.
I’ve been feeling a bit under the weather for a few days so I had an easygoing Sunday, staying at home and not doing very much, like Sundays used to be when I was a kid. I had a scribble, looking at a corner of our living room from my comfy spot on the settee.
#Caturday: Just Scribbling
It’s getting stormy outside, Autumn is definitely here so Husb and I and cwtched inside the house with the cats. I had a quick scribble when Sparta Puss sat next to me. She was looking a bit cross, but that’s not unusual for her!
Chillin’…
Just chilling last night with Husb and Sparta Puss. I had a little scribble. Bill aka William ChatNoir was lounging in another room.
