Punjab Storm #1, a monotype by me based on an original drawing from my residency in Pakistan in 2014
There’s a new exhibition at Volcano on Swansea’s High Street called Print Explosion! It’s the annual show for members of Swansea Print Workshop and I have 8 original prints in it. The opening party is on Friday July 6th, 6.30 – 9.00 pm and the show runs until Saturday July 28th. If you’re passing, please drop by 🙂
I'm an artist / printmaker / scribbler. I love drawing and all the geeky stuff associated with printmaking, working in a figurative style. I live in Wales with husband and demented cats. And my real name is Rose Davies :D

You are always up to something Rosie it keeps me young
I hope all is well

I put it down to my Baptist grandmother who said , “the devil makes work for idle hands”, and used to find chores for her grandchildren to do, which were far less interesting than things I found to do for myself 😁 That work ethic has stayed with me. I’m well, thanks, Sheldon, I hope you are feeling a little better. I so appreciate your collages and poetry. Rose.
Why thank you Rosie that’s so kind of you to say about my work……..and yes I too was brought up old school….the only time you didn’t go to work was if you had 104 temperture and couldn’t get out of bed
Haha, that’s right, even then, Nana would have us propped up in bed, knitting 😀
