I did more sketching towards the end of my recent holiday in Italy, in Bologna, than earlier in Florence, mainly, I think, because making art is my profession and drawing while I’m on vacation feels like work. But after a few days I had itchy fingers and started to scribble in my sketchbook again.Continue reading “Saint, Sunlight And Scabby Exterior”

Galvani

There was also a spooky appearance by the ghostly Lotus Sisters belly dancing troupe. Of course, I had to haveContinue reading “Ghoulies, Ghosties And Bellies”
Just a quickie

Time flies. It’s been a month since I started my residency at elysium studios, part of the ‘Now The Hero / Nawr Yr Arwr’ arts festival. And now my time is nearly up and I’ll be moving out this weekend. Aaaawwww 😦 But I’ll be moving across the road and starting a month-long residency, partContinue reading “Moving….”
